Client Responsibility: We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items during the event. 

Technical Issues: While we strive for picture perfect operation, we are not responsible for unexpected technical failures outside our control. 

Behavior Policy: Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in service termination without a refund. 

3. Media Usage & copyright  

With consent 360MoorPhotos reserves the right to use event photos/videos for promotional purposes. 

Clients requesting privacy or restrictions on media usage must provide consent indicating their specific preferences. This ensures we respect their wishes and comply with their requirements regarding the use of images or videos captured during our services 

4. Equipment Handling 

Clients and guests are expected to treat all 360MoorPhotos equipment with care. 

Any intentional damage to equipment may result in additional charges. 

5. Unavoidable circumstance 

We are not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or unforeseen emergencies. 

6. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
